That we are at the end of July going into August is amazing, how time has passed, the world having gone into lockdown in March, today living an adjusted version of normal. During our lockdown, before we went up to Isan to make Finding Oasis, we shot a small campaign at home for Pre-Fall 2020 with our good friend Jasper Dohrs, a fellow designer and professional skater. It was styled virtually by Shun Watanabe on Zoom from Tokyo, with Binn Buameanchol shooting it for us. It was the first time in months we saw each other and it felt so good. We called it a New Day, finding peace at home and making the most of it. See below for the drop.

Finally, we want to thank you for all the support over the last few months, especially for the purchase of the masks that we made with HOUSE OF WARIS Botanicals, we've since donated masks to The Bowery Mission and made a donation to Black Lives Matter. The work, our work however, is not done, the blatant injustice in the system is more apparent than ever. The prejudice and violence against specific groups of people -- not just in the USA but all around the world, the disappearing of people who are deemed a threat to the establishment, the blatant privilege of being above the law of the very very few, and specific to Thailand the censorship and the limitations to our freedom of speech that in turn inhibits so much else -- the slippery slope that we are sliding down, into a quagmire that looks increasingly Orwellian, we are living in a science fiction novel. We designed our brand to function as a vehicle for collaboration, to make things with friends and to work with artisans that are not part of the established system.

It is our mission for the brand and in our lives to find the other vision, knowing that an alternative and hope exists.

The NEW DAY DROP includes our organic t-shirts in a new shape; the Visions Don Silk Shirt, 100% silk twill, not hand-dyed but digitally printed in a sustainable way, creating a digital print a way for us to archive our hand-dyed patterns so that it can be used in a different way; and the new Antto Jacket, available in hand-dyed Dark Indigo. The Antto is inspired by our friend, Chef Antto Melasniemi, particularly the Yukata jacket he wears to cook with and also the Yukata as worn by Toshiro Mifune in his various carnations as the samurai in Akira Kurosawa's films. During lockdown we spent many hours with Antto's and Rirkrit Tiravanija's cookbook The Bastard Cookbook and are excited to release this super versatile jacket. The balaclavas are back, in an improved version. Sweats and the softest jersey "loungewear" also, all organic and hand-dyed will be coming soon, stay tuned.
