OUTSIDER DENIM VEST
"Rehash" Denim is a unique material made from post-consumer denim or used jeans and other denim garments that are sent back to the factory to be deconstructed and pulped. This pulp is spun into yarn which is then woven into what is known are Rehash denim. It is a new material which we are very excited to work with as it touches upon the trajectory of indigo's journey, i.e. how indigo blue became synonymous with denim from the beginning of the 20th century onwards. Although the denim is not dyed by hand in Sakon Nakhon Indigo the garment dye used is safe and non-toxic with the main quality of the denim being that it is fully recycled.
